Applicability: The Code of Conduct applies to all individuals categorized as Research Analysts and their associates, if any.

– Periodic reports designed for unit holders of mutual funds, alternative investment funds, clients of portfolio managers, investment advisers, etc.
Research Analyst: A person primarily responsible for:
– Preparing or publishing the content of research reports.
– Providing research reports.

– Offering opinions regarding public offerings.
Note: This definition also encompasses any individual, whether directly or indirectly connected, reporting to a Research Analyst concerning the mentioned activities.
Furthermore, any personnel making stock-specific recommendations in the public domain will be considered a Research Analyst and must adhere to all relevant rules and regulations.
We kindly request that all communication be in the English language. My Trade Live is fully committed to upholding the integrity and ethics of the SEBI regulations, ensuring that our clients receive the most accurate and impartial investment advice.
